Centerfield Capital
provides growth capital–usually in the form of subordinated debt
to privately held middle market companies with annual revenues
between $5 million and $100 million located in the central
United States.
Companies in which we
invest may be seeking capital to expand their operations, launch
a new market, enter a new market, or buy another company. We
also provide capital to individuals or to management teams
planning to purchase a company or a division of a larger firm.
We look for companies
with a proven management team, positive cash flow in a growing
market. Our industry focus is healthcare, information
technologies, communications, business and financial services,
and manufacturing and distribution.
Our investments range
from $1 million to $3.5 million and are usually structured as
subordinated debt with warrants or preferred stock with
dividends.
