INTRODUCING
   CENTERFIELD CAPITAL
              PARTNERS

Here's a portrait of Centerfield Capital Partners sent in by Tom Hiatt, Managing Director.  Their Web site is at www.centerfieldcapital.com.

Centerfield Capital provides growth capital–usually in the form of subordinated debt to privately held middle market companies with annual revenues between $5 million and $100 million located in the central United States.

Companies in which we invest may be seeking capital to expand their operations, launch a new market, enter a new market, or buy another company. We also provide capital to individuals or to management teams planning to purchase a company or a division of a larger firm.

We look for companies with a proven management team, positive cash flow in a growing market.  Our industry focus is healthcare, information technologies, communications, business and financial services, and manufacturing and distribution.

Our investments range from $1 million to $3.5 million and are usually structured as subordinated debt with warrants or preferred stock with dividends.
