Because of requests from clients who don't have the time to send out their materials, we have set up a mailing service, so we can send out your business plan and other requested materials. This service is also ideal for clients outside of the U.S. who want to send information to investors in the U.S. Here's how it works. You send us and the service we work with PDF, Word, WordPerfect or rtf files with your cover letter, along with your business plan and anything else you want to send out (ie: photos, a CD), and a list of the people to send this material to, and we take it from there. The cost is $50 an hour, plus out of pocket costs for any folders and postage. That works out to about $12-20 a package, plus costs for duplication, binding, and postage, depending on the size of your business plan and the additional material we are including. The minimum charge is $200 payable through PayPal or credit card. Should you need help writing your cover letter, business plan, or other supporting materials, we can do that, too.
